Recipe: Creamy Pumpkin Dip

Perfect for your Thanksgiving grazing board, this super easy 3-ingredient recipe can be served before the holiday meal or on the dessert table with a variety of sweet dippers.

All the DIYers at AR Workshops in Davidson, Concord and Belmont, NC enjoyed them along with their cheese and charcuterie boards this week, Nov. 12-14.

Creamy Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients:

1 (28 oz) can pumpkin pie filling (not pumpkin purée)
2 (5.3 oz) containers Greek Vanilla Yogurt
1 (8 oz) container whipped cream cheese
Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Remove lid of cream cheese container and empty into glass bowl (or other microwave safe container) soften cream cheese in microwave at 50% power for 30-45 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and fold gently or blend with hand mixer. Sprinkle with spice mix and serve with ginger snaps, cookies, orange segments, apple slices stroop waffles , graham crackers, biscoff, etc.
