Summer Shrimp and Avocado "Salsa" 

Dice one red onion and chop land seed two tomatoes.( I like plum tomatoes
 or squeeze out seeds)

Add two pounds of peeled, deveined shrimp, cut into bite-size pieces

Mix 2 cups of ketchup with 2 tablespoons of Texas Pete hot sauce and 2 tablespoons of lime juice – pour it over the shrimp mixture

Add a handful of chopped cilantro or other fresh herb of your choice.
(About 1/4 cup)

Marinate for 2-6 hours

Add two diced avocados just before serving

Serve with tortilla chips or Tostitos scoops
