Recipe: Pecan Squares

Crust:
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
2 sticks  butter

Sift flour, sugar and cut in very cold butter
Pat into a greased 9 x 13 pan. 
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.  

Filling:
2/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup honey
 3 tablespoons whipping cream
 1/2 cup brown sugar
3 cups chopped pecans

Stir first four ingredients together, then add pecans. 
Spread mixture over crust and bake 25 minutes at 350°.
Let cool and cut into squares.
