Recipe: Banana Split Mini Ice Cream Pies
National Ice Cream Pie Day is August 18th and Chef Jill is celebrating with her recipe for Banana Split Mini Ice Cream Pies!
Banana Split Mini Ice Cream Pies
Ingredients:
12 mini prepared graham cracker crusts
1.5 quart Neapolitan ice cream
3-4 firm bananas-sliced
6 strawberries-washed, stemmed and sliced
Chocolate Syrup
8 oz tub cool whip
12 maraschino cherries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
On sheet pan, line up graham cracker crusts in the foil tin.
Bake for 10 minutes and cool before filling.
Scoop ice cream into each pie tin and flatten with spatula.
Lay sliced bananas and strawberries evenly on top of ice cream.
Top with chocolate syrup, cool whip and cherries.
Freeze 1 hour before serving.
