Recipes: Walking Meals and Snacks “In a Bag”

Walking Meals and Snacks “in a bag” are Chef Jill’s latest creations featured on her segment with Charlotte Today/WCNC NBC Charlotte on October 7 with hosts Colleen Odegaard and Eugene Robinson. We had lots of fun sharing these fun flavor combinations with the audience for use at scouts and sports events, camping and simple fun parties for kids and adults alike!

Walking Meals and Snacks “in a bag” Segment

1.) Cheeseburger- bag of potato chips, ground beef, cheese, pickle relish, ketchup and mustard

2.) Chicken Pita- bag of Stacey’s Pita Chips, cooked chicken (cubed or diced), black olives, lettuce, tomato, green pepper/cucumber, tzatsiki

3.) S’mores- bag of teddy grahams, mini marshmallows, chocolate syrup

4.) Banana Pudding- bag of Nilla wafers, sliced bananas, vanilla pudding and cool whip

5.) Nachos in a bag- Doritos/squeeze cheese Plus chili with beans in a can, sour cream, salsa, jalapeños

6.) Loaded “fries“ / Potato skins- bag of Cape Cod chips/shredded cheese in the squeeze, scallions, crumbled bacon, sour cream or ranch
