Chef Jill Aker-Ray is super excited to be featured in the October issue of Costco Connection! She served as a contributor for National Popcorn Month. While Chef Jill may not be Rachael Ray, she says “the other Ray got to be in the company of the famous Ray!” Popcorn is Chef Jill’s very favorite food on earth (and it’s her Great Dane Luna’s, too).
